Terms and Conditions of Service

General
In this document, “us”, “we”, “our” refers to Dream Inventions while “you” and “your” refers to the client or customer of Dream Inventions.
These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time and without notice at our sole discretion. The use of our products/services is taken to be your agreement to adhere to the current Terms and Conditions at any given time.
Dream Inventions will make every effort to ensure orders are completed within the stated time, but we will not accept any liability in the event of failure to do so. Should delays be experienced in the completion of a project, the client does not have the right to cancel, either entirely or in part.
Payment terms are strictly 15 days from the date of invoice.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Website Design and Sonic Branding
All creative design work produced by Dream Inventions is “Royalty-free” for an unlimited period of time. Royalty-free means for the intended project only. Exceptions to this may be applied in certain circumstances to any sonic brand that is specially composed. In these circumstances, Dream Inventions will inform the client at the outset of a project if music copyright laws apply. Dream Inventions retains any and all intellectual, recording and mechanical copyright pertaining to new music composed.
It is a criminal offence under the Copyright, Designs and Patent Act 1988 to knowingly infringe copyright. It is the duty of all customers to ensure that any material placed with us is free from any copyright claims and indemnify us against such claims.
Any bespoke work requested by you remains the intellectual property of Dream Inventions and can be resold by us at any time.
Website Optimisation
If website optimisation has been requested by you, Dream Inventions will use legitimate, reasonable endeavours to promote your search engine optimisation as per the details of the initial written agreement contained in the order for the work.
No guarantees of actual search engine position can, or will be given.
You will not be eligible for any compensation because your website can not be found on a particular search engine or search directory.
Dream Inventions shall not be liable for any consequential losses you may suffer because your website can not be found on a particular search engine or search directory.
Privacy
Unless you notify Dream Inventions otherwise in writing, you hereby grant us a limited license to use your trade and business names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features in any presentations, marketing materials, customer lists and financial reports for, by or on behalf of Dream Inventions. Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, Dream Inventions retains the right to identify you as a customer.
